Fill out the registration form on the right and submit.

CONTRACT

Please read the Indemnity Agreement, Media Release Policy and Cancellation Policy.

CHARTER?

After you have received a personal confirmation email from Lab Rat Academy, send the lab information to your charter school teacher to request a purchase order.
