Optics Labs

Optics is the branch of physics which studies the behavior of light, how it reacts with matter, and the instruments used to study this interaction. In these Optics Labs, middle school and high school students will deepen their understanding of light using a variety of experiments and projects. The use of a protractor will be a important instrument in these labs as students will observe how light reflects and refracts off and through mirrors and materials of different densities. Students, be prepared to be amazed at how a LASER bends through different materials.
